It is web-based solution that enables large business organizations to manage everything about their customer briefings and meetings. It organizes all types of resources against a customizable calendar. The system enables multiple users to manage and update briefing schedules, staff and assignments. Developed on the basis of MVC (Model-View-Controller) design principle using the high performance PHP Yii Framework 1.1.13. Using Yii Framework’s built-in authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) for managing user roles and access permission in the system.
Extensive use of AJAX technology throughout the web application for faster and more responsive Web 2.0 application. The application uses jQuery and several jQuery based plugins and extensions to support many features such as day/week/month calendars. We also heavily used Twitter Bootstrap as a front-end framework to build very intuitive and user friendly user interfaces and enjoyable user experience. We also provide SAML 2.0 SSO integration for clients that want to use their existing Identity Provider infrastructures to provide seamless single-sign-on experience on this system for their employees. Fully supports Outlook and Apple iCal calendar integration for inviting meeting participants by sending iCalendar requests to users and receive responses back from users.
