For any job opening at GoodCore Software, after an initial short-listing of applications, we typically give out a written test which evaluates applicants for IQ as well as technical expertise (software engineering, design, quality assurance).
Candidates clearing the written test are invited for possibly multiple rounds of interviews. In addition to solid engineering and good communication skills, we look for an entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude in our team members.
For our clients who have a dedicated team with us, we include them in the hiring process and incorporate their specific hiring criteria. This includes looking for any pre-requisite technical certifications and/or a phone interview with our client.
